No Win No Fee

No win no fee, also known as a ‘conditional fee agreement’, guaranteeing that if your case is unsuccessful there is absolutely no cost to you, and you’ll never be left out of pocket.

If your case is successful, you’ll be required to pay the fees that we agreed with you at the start of your claim. This payment will be agreed clearly at the start of your claim and you won’t be required to pay any more. With us, there are no hidden costs or fees.

There are some rare exceptions to no win no fee agreements. Should these apply to you, we will explain why in simple, straightforward English, making sure that you fully understand your situation and your options.

Covering the cost of unsuccessful cases

When we take on any case, it’s really important to have insurance in place at the start of the claim to cover any costs in the event that your case is unsuccessful. This insurance protects you from any cost and is known as ‘before the event’ (BTE) or ‘after the event’ (ATE) insurance.

‘Before The Event’ insurance is sometimes included in an existing insurance policy such as your home or motor insurance policy. In some events, you might already have BTE insurance cover from your union, professional membership, or any credit cards you own. When we first take on your case, we will help you to identify if you have the relevant BTE cover.

‘After The Event’ insurance is specific post-accident insurance which you may need to take out if you do not have BTE insurance. If this is necessary, we will help you with the process and explain the fees so that you can make an informed decision.
